So James Stacey is articulate and energetic yet we’re told pot destroys these qualities. Hmmm. At the hearing the prosecution wasn’t ready. Let’s see. Mr. Stacey, who uses pot, is articulate, energetic and ready for the hearing but the prosecution, who doesn’t use pot, shows up in court unprepared.
