Step 1: Signup with us and create an account so that we can verify you as a patient. You must have an account with us and be a verified patient to participate.
Step 2: Fill out the form below with your name and cellphone number to receive limited time Happy Hour Patient Appreciation Specials of 3/8ths for only a $60 donation. We will text you on the day we are having the special with the the discounted strain name and coupon code.We will send these texts to our patients periodically throughout the month.
Step 3: When you receive your text message with the discounted strain name and coupon code, this is what you do:
A. Sign into ogdeliveries.org and find the strain that we texted to your phone, on our online menu.
B. Add 3 eighths of the strain to your cart and then press checkout. IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU DO NOT ADD ANY OTHER PRODUCTS TO YOUR CART.
C. On the Checkout Page in the “Enter your coupon number” field, enter the special coupon word or number that we texted to you and then press “UPDATE”. You will be taken to another page that ask you to review your order. Press “Proceed To Checkout” on this page. It will take you back to the checkout page and you will see that your discount has been applied.
E. Then review your contact details and press “CONFIRM ORDER” at the bottom of the page. After that, we will call you to confirm your order and the driver will be on his way!
